What an Offer Is in Simple Words
An offer is a promotion a platform gives to certain users, for a certain period, under certain conditions. Think of it like a discount coupon in a shop. The coupon has value only when you follow its printed rules: it works in that shop, before that date, and for the items written on it. Outside those rules, it is just a piece of paper.
Offers work the same way. The headline gives the benefit in short form, but the terms tell the complete truth: who qualifies, what you must do, by when, and what limits apply. When a user says an offer did not work, the most common reason is a missed condition, often the expiry date or an eligibility rule.
